Learn:
-Access CAPS resources or take an online mental health screening to understand emotional health fundamentals
-Take the Relationship Qiz on the Wellness Wise website
-Access EPA resources or take an online screening through Welltrack Boost
Do:
-Engage in a daily emotional wellness activity, like meditation or journaling, for two weeks
-Meet with a Wellness Coach to explore strategies for transforming toxic relationships into healthy ones
-Participate in the Mindfulness Basic Course https://hrd.byu.edu/wellnessprogram for employees including student employees
-Do two mindfulness courses in Welltrack Boost https://byu.welltrack.com/
-Attend a CAPS Quicker Care workshop and wrie down soem healthy coping mechanisms you learn in the workshops
